Responsibilities:

Schedule  travel to include airline reservations, car services, and hotel reservations. Arrange accommodations at airports and work closely with the flight services department.

• Provide support as the  assistant to the CEO when he is in Dallas and the VP.
• Deal with highly confidential information for both business and personal matters on a daily basis.
• Act as a liaison and maintain open lines of communication among senior executives.
• Manage office including but not limited to: office supplies, vendors, maintain office appearance, administer security access cards, assist with new hires and IT related tasks, take incoming calls for office.

Qualifications:

4 year degree strongly preferred.

Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience.  

Skills:

Proficient with Office Suite Applications

Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task

Excellent follow through, calendar management, etc.

Ability to communicate effectively, excellent interpersonal skills

Highly self-motivated and self-directed
Proven success working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
