Chris Hickman joined Tillman Infrastructure in April 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. Now as Chief Executive Officer, he oversees the company's strategy and financial operations, leveraging his extensive experience in the telecommunications infrastructure and energy sectors.

Prior to joining Tillman Infrastructure, Hickman served in senior leadership positions at Crown Castle Inc. for over five years, beginning as Vice President of Finance and Strategy. His tenure at Crown Castle demonstrated his ability to drive operational excellence through strategic financial leadership within the telecommunications infrastructure industry.

Before entering the telecommunications sector, Hickman spent nearly 15 years in the energy industry, where he held various leadership roles focusing on finance, strategic planning, and corporate development. Notable achievements include leading Noble Energy through the initial public offering of its midstream infrastructure business as Vice President of Investor Relations and establishing the finance organization for a multi-billion dollar joint venture.

Hickman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
